The goal of the course is to help. Leaders support their employees in the Development Plan Completion process.

During this course, Team Leaders will:

  • Learn about the challenges related to Development Plans and the importance of this process
  • Receive training on the steps to be taken when assisting employees with the completion of their Development Plans

The Development Planning course includes three lessons as well as a pre-test and a post-test.

The intended audience for this course are the Team Leaders from BCE Consumer Call Centres but it can be useful to any Team Leader.
