Client Representative, Business Market Operations – Profile 507

Role summary

The Client Representative is responsible for designing and implementing orders for the business market, for all voice and data products and services. The Representative may work directly with sales and engineering at the customer's premises to develop the contracts. The Representative is responsible for assessing the customer's needs and responding to their requests regarding existing systems with a view to optimizing the customer's system. The Representative is also responsible for customizing training material (system, equipment and features) and training customer system coordinators on site. The Representative coordinates the project with various departments and other telephone companies to ensure that service is provided to meet the customer's needs and due dates. The Representative uses several computer systems and databases to research, update and safeguard client account information.
