Role summary

The Client Representative is responsible for the processing of service request/orders by inputting them into various databases. This includes the continual maintenance of client records. The representative uses several computer systems to enter data, to resolve discrepancies, to retrieve and track incoming orders, and to follow up on service orders. The representative communicates with clients to respond to services requests and/or orders, to verify client information, to clarify details of customer orders and contracts, and to process "winbacks". Clients belong to various market segments.
