Role summary

The Client Representative is responsible for providing shared or carrier services* to other telecommunication carriers for all business products and in all business market segments. The representative interacts frequently with other telecommunications companies to facilitate the migration of accounts to other carriers as well as the service integration or “win-back” of accounts to Bell. The representative is called upon to act as advisor to other business market Client Representatives on technical and regulatory matters.
