Role summary

The Client Representative is responsible for proactively promoting and selling a wide variety of Bell consumer products and services and for providing quality client service to a diverse residential client base by effectively employing analytical and communication techniques to respond to client queries, requests, problems or complaints. The client base may also include small home business accounts. The representative uses several computer systems and databases to research, update, maintain and safeguard client account information. The representative is usually the first point of contact with the client and is key in promoting a positive company image, fostering trust and loyalty.
