Account Receivable Representative – Collection (Dorval)

Top responsibilities and qualifications:

The Accounts Receivable Representative initiates and returns calls to customers whose accounts are in arrears. The Representative has autonomy in deciding to cancel the service of customers with delinquent accounts and completing the necessary forms. Representatives must demonstrate quick decision-making abilities in order to take a proactive approach to keeping our customers. The ability to find solutions that are satisfactory to both parties is essential to this position.
