Top responsibilities:
The position of Correspondence Customer Service Representative is an essential part of the Call Centre and provides all aspects of service to the Bell ExpressVu customer. The Representative reports to the Correspondence and Executive Response Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Providing service in a customer friendly manner, while responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services via Internet and mail
- Promoting Bell ExpressVu Inc. products and services
- Maintaining awareness of marketing promotions, new services/products and changes in technology that will affect the Bell ExpressVu Inc. customer and corporation
- Handling customer complaints and requests by instituting proper procedures and resolutions
- Handling French programming changes requests received via our Web site
- Handling all requests received via the Outlook correspondence form

Qualifications and experience
Candidate qualifications
Related experience and knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Bell ExpressVu's products and services
- Basic knowledge of CSG, ACSR and SMS
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Explorer
- Basic Knowledge of KANA is an asset
- Experience in a correspondence position is an asset
Skills:
- Strong writing skills, in both French and English
- A strong knowledge of writing etiquette
- The ability to be a team player
- An energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Education Requirements:
A post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience top « back
