Finance Careers: Job Family Introduction

The Finance job family is divided into three (3) areas of expertise. All of these report to the Chief Financial Officer - BCE and Bell. These areas/functions are:

• Finance Operations (represents 40% of Finance positions)
• Controller (represents approximately 30% of Finance positions)
• Corporate Finance (represents approximately 30% of Finance positions)

Location: Most of the Finance jobs are at the management level and often exist across the organization.

Mission

The Finance Department's mission is to serve as a catalyst by being a business partner with Bell management and operations, providing analytical insights, business breadth and innovative thinking to add value to customers, shareholders and stakeholders. The objectives of the Finance department are to:

• Instill financial discipline throughout Bell
• Provide data and financial analysis to better assist the business
• Implement financial strategies to create shareholder value
