Fleet and Real Estate Careers: Job Family Introduction

The real estate and fleet family of jobs are located in the Logistics division of Bell and serve all of the BCE group of companies. The two key job families are in fleet and real estate, and there are also support roles.

The Fleet Solutions team is in charge of administering the company's vehicle fleet, and the Real Estate Services team manages the company's property portfolio. The groups support the company and its various business units in meeting their business objectives, and ensure employees' needs are met with respect to management of the vehicle fleet and work environment.

Most of the Real Estate Services and Fleet Solutions jobs are located in Montreal and Toronto, at the management level.

Mission

Real Estate Services

The Real Estate Services Team manages the entire BCE and Bell group's real estate portfolio. In collaboration with the service provider SNC-Lavalin Nexacor, the team oversees the day-to-day management of the buildings. The team has developed first-rate expertise in the strategic management of space, client accounts, quality assurance of projects related to design, construction and operation of buildings, as well as in the control of operational processes and the management of outsourcing contracts.

Fleet Solutions

Fleet Solutions manages the largest private fleet in Canada with approximately 14,000 vehicles in service. Our mandate is to be a leader in providing our customers advanced fleet management solutions to improve overall efficiency, and to use Bell's buying power and processes to lower the total BCE fleet cost.
