Human Resources Careers: Job Family Introduction

The Human Resources job family is divided into four areas of expertise.

These areas/functions are:

  • Human Resources Line Operations (Bell)
  • Industrial Relations (Bell)
  • Corporate Human Resources (BCE Corporate Services)
  • Employee Services (Bell)

There are also many other key players in the Human Resources group that are part of:

  • The Business Units Operations, providing support to the Associate Directors,
    HR. (e.g. HR Pillars)
  • Shared Services Groups, providing support to the Business Units by offering hiring and training services

Location: Most of the HR jobs are at the management level and often exist across the organization.
