Although there are some positions that are technology-specific (i.e. Power and DMS), the management positions are predominantly for Central Office Maintenance Managers who are responsible for the service assurance and the provisioning of all network equipment within the Central Office environment. The Central Office Maintenance Manager is focused on maintaining the integrity and reliability of the entire Bell network from legacy to the latest IP-based technologies. top Top responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of Technicians who are responsible for the service assurance and provisioning of Central Office equipment
- Motivating and coaching the Technicians through the transition to an IP-based network
- Analysing individual/team results and actively balancing the workload to optimize customer service
- Effectively managing network problems and escalations, and liaising with various departments for timely resolution
- Playing an active role in improving processes to eliminate repetitive problems and improve efficiency

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities

- Knowledge/experience in Transport, Switching and Access Networks, in both emerging and legacy technology
