Generic overview

1. Installation and Repair
   Jobs within this family are responsible for the installation, removal, testing or monitoring, and connectivity of telecommunications equipment associated with voice, data, radio or video communications systems.
   
2. Central Office
   Jobs within this family are responsible for the installation, removal, monitoring and connectivity of switching equipment associated with voice, data, radio or video communications systems.
   
3. Cable Repair
   This job, using trouble analysis and preventative measures, is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the outside plant infrastructure.
   
4. Auto Equipment
   The jobs in this family are responsible for the repair of light and heavy off-road vehicles, emergency power equipment, generators and some other mechanical equipment.
