Roles
Numerous roles exist, including Project Management and Staff Management. Applicable CTEA Job Codes include Associate - Provisioning (205), Associate - Circuit Design (206) and Resource Associate (360).
top Top responsibilities
The Implementation Management district is responsible for the implementation of the network infrastructure, geographic connectivity and territory management. This team takes the network modification decisions made by Network Management and project manages the installation.

Key objectives for this district include building each network project on time and within budget.
top Main challenges
Current challenges in the Implementation Management district are to bring various technology groups together toward a similar implementation process. Another challenge is the ongoing implementation of new and complicated technologies into our network, and doing it with quick turn-around times.

Interaction
The Implementation Team works closely with Network Management as well as other internal Bell groups, such as Customer Service Provisioning, Expertech and Supply Chain.

Qualifications
Management
Management positions in NP&P are wide-ranging in function and the qualifications required. We require fast thinkers who have a solid understanding of the business and can learn about network technology and processes. Candidates who have strong leadership skills will be key to our success. Post-secondary degrees or diplomas in Business, Engineering or Project Management are strong assets, but other backgrounds may be considered as well, depending on experience.
Non-management
Non-management positions (represented by the CTEA) in NP&P are also wide-ranging in function. Generally, we require employees who are quick learners with strong PC skills, who are willing to take initiative and are comfortable with numbers and analysis.
