Professional Services exist in two sectors of the company: Bell Professional Services and Carrier Services Group.

Bell Professional Services

Bell Professional Services (BPS) is the consulting arm of the Enterprise Organization, responsible for the design, execution and implementation of business communication solutions to the Business Market. BPS is a leader and innovator in the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that deliver profitable growth in the solution offering while generating revenue for Professional Services. BPS regroups engineers, second and third line networking specialists, delivery managers, etc.

The BPS organization is divided into different value-added services, including the following:

Network integration
Project management, technology integration and contract management (delivery management)
Call centre solutions
Security solutions
Outsourcing solutions
Systems and storage

Location: The positions in Professional Services are mostly concentrated in Montréal, Toronto, Ottawa and Québec .

Number: There are approximately 1000 management employees with about 20 functions across BPS .

Carrier Services Group

The Professional Services team in Carrier Services Group is responsible for the design, execution and implementation of business communication solutions to the Wholesale Market, providing industry leading voice, broadband and IP solutions across Canada, the United States, and the rest of the world. CSG is a leader and innovator in delivering wholesale solutions that bring revenue and profitable growth to the company, while helping our customers grow their business.

Mission
