Top responsibilities:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for motivating the sales team and for ensuring that training requirements are met. He/she is also responsible for managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.

- Motivating employees to sell and therefore maximizing revenues from all Bell products and services
- Holding training sessions on new products and services
- Optimizing the customer's purchasing experience
- Assisting the Store Manager in managing the store Serving as a role model in terms of customer service and sales

Interaction:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for:
- Interpersonal relations with store employees and in particular with Sales Consultants
- Communicating with clients
He/she is also in contact with different internal groups (e.g. CIB , Bell Mobility, Sympatico, ExpressVu, Source Advantage)

Main challenges:
- To establish action plans with Sales Consultants in order to increase their sales revenues
- Resolving complaints with a win/win attitude

Qualifications
Non-management level
Education:
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education would be a valuable asset)
Experience:
- Retail sales or experience
Skills/competencies:
- Sales skills
- A customer service orientation
- Communication abilities and the capacity to work as part of a team
- Skill in the use of new technology
- The capability to work under pressure
