Top responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for welcoming, interacting and performing follow-up with customers. It is the Retail Sales Consultant's responsibility to fact-find in order to determine the customers' wants/needs and to provide them with a total solution balancing the customers' expectations with the store's profitability.

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets by presenting customized solutions to our customers
- Assuming responsibility for the knowledge of product, service and campaign/promotional offerings
- Ensuring total satisfaction and loyalty of customers
- Actively participating in training and coaching initiatives
- Controlling expenses Understanding competitive products and services

Interaction:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for:
Interpersonal relations with the store employees
Communicating with clients to answer their needs
He/she is also in contact with different internal groups (e.g. CIB , Bell Mobility, Sympatico, ExpressVu, Source Advantage ).

- To solve customer problems (this may involve consulting a superior)
- Developing knowledge about the products and services as well as promotional offers

Qualifications
Non-management level
Education:
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education would be a valuable asset)
Experience:
- Retail sales or equivalent experience
Skills/competencies:
- Sales skills
- A customer service orientation
- Communication abilities and the capacity to work as part of a team
- Skill in the use of new technology
- The capability to work under pressure
