Top responsibilities:

The Account Associate – Medium Business is responsible for contacting both potential and existing corporate medium business customers (this involves inbound and outbound calling ), and acquiring new business to maximize sales and revenue in this market.

Customer group served: customers having from 11 to 74 activation units

Key objectives

The objective is to acquire both new activations and stimulate revenue from existing customers through the sale of value-added services and rate plan migration offers in partnership with face-to-face Representatives (i.e. The Account Executive - Medium Business). He/she also:

  • Prepares and personalizes written proposals/contracts, and ensures the validity of the content
  • Develops, modifies and implements yearly individual sales strategies to meet revenue targets

Interaction:

The Account Associate – Medium Business works in close partnership with the Account Executive – Medium Business.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Two to three years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team spirit
