Top responsibilities:
The Account Executive's main focus is to:
- Acquire new business
- Initiate a high level of prospecting activities by converting leads and referrals into long-term customers
- Recognize the importance of customers, and uncover customer requirements through needs and application analysis, and in turn, propose solutions that leverage the full range of Bell Mobility's wireless products and services
- Develop lasting business relationships
- Coordinate efforts with other Bell Mobility team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle difficult and challenging situations
- Develop and manage relationships with the company's executives.
- Bring the right people to the table (Sales Specialist, Help Desk Specialist, etc.)
Customer group served: customers having 75 or more activation units.
Key objectives
- Meet the minimum of 100% of set quotas for assigned territories
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Find appropriate pricing options
- May work with multidisciplinary teams and partner with technical specialists to develop moderately complex customized solutions

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Two to three years of experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of the wireless industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team spirit
