Top responsibilities:
The main focus of the Account Executive – Medium Business focus is to:
- Acquire new business
- Initiate a high level of prospecting activities by converting leads and referrals into long-term customers
- Recognize the importance of customers, and know how to uncover customer requirements through needs and application analysis, which in turn enables job candidates to propose solutions that leverage the full range of Bell Mobility's wireless products and services
- Develop lasting business relationships, cooperate with other Bell Mobility team members and maximize (the potential of various) members in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be able to handle difficult and challenging situations
Clients group served: clients having from 11 to 74 activation units
Key objectives
- To meet the minimum of 100% of set quotas (sales revenue targets) for assigned territories
- To prepare personalized written proposals/contracts and pricing
- To occasionally work with multidisciplinary teams and partner with technical specialists to develop moderately complex customized solutions
- To develop, modify and implement yearly individual sales strategies to meet revenue target

- Interacts with customers face to face
- Interacts with Sales Specialists and the BSC (sales support group)

Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in sales
- Knowledge of the wireless industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team spirit
