Top responsibilities:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for the entire fulfillment process:
- Supporting our existing Account Executive by delivering all hardware, training customers on its use and, where applicable, enhancing user satisfaction by Introductionducing/suggesting add-ons to existing products
- Providing employees with equipment (hardware) in a timely manner
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relations, ensuring contract renewals are complete, and increasing customer loyalty through the ability to maintain and grow these relationships
- Spending time face-to-face with the customer
- Following up on sales leads for smaller customers, and working closely with the AEs on the development of all accounts
Key objectives
The Business Development Representative ensures customer satisfaction by providing products directly to customers.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Two to three years of experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of the wireless industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team spirit
