Top responsibilities:

The Business Development Representative is responsible for the entire fulfillment process:

  • Supporting our existing Account Executive by delivering all hardware, training customers on its use and, where applicable, enhancing user satisfaction by Introductionducing/suggesting add-ons to existing products
  • Providing employees with equipment (hardware) in a timely manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relations, ensuring contract renewals are complete, and increasing customer loyalty through the ability to maintain and grow these relationships
  • Spending time face-to-face with the customer
  • Following up on sales leads for smaller customers, and working closely with the AEs on the development of all accounts

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Two to three years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team spirit
