Sales: Roles & QualificationsSales AssociateTop responsibilities
Top responsibilities:Through the medium of inbound calls and some outbound calls (mainly on a queue), the Sales Associate is responsible for achieving an identified annual revenue target and identifying client needs. He/she also develops and maintains sales with prospective clients and current clients by providing information on Bell products and services based on contacts established within an assigned market base (provincial coverage), to the overall satisfaction of the clients. The Sales Associate offers all Bell products and services, with a specific focus on hardware-related products He/She is also responsible for probing non-hardware opportunities and referring leads to other appropriate sales colleagues. Sales territory:He/she receives inbound calls, sends e-mails, and may place outbound calls from/to clients based on Bell Market Queue.
Key objectivesThe Sales Associate achieves assigned revenue targets by developing new client business within an assigned market:
