Who Sales Associates- Dedicated Accounts deal with

 

Top responsibilities:

Through the medium of outbound calls, the Sales Associate - Dedicated Accounts is responsible for achieving an identified annual revenue target. He/She is also responsible for identifying client needs, and developing and maintaining sales with prospective and current clients. This involves providing information on Bell products and services based on recurring contacts within an assigned client base within a specific geographic territory, to the overall satisfaction of the clients.

He/she offers all Bell products and services, with a specific focus on network-related products, which could include hardware products.

The Sales Associate - Dedicated Accounts is also responsible for probing other than network opportunities and referring leads to other appropriate sales colleagues

Sales territory:

Using the medium of outbound calls, he/she sends e-mails and may receive inbound calls from an assigned client base as defined by Bell.

If judged appropriate by the manager, he/she may be required to meet with clients.

Key objectives

The main objective is to achieve the assigned revenue target by developing new and repeat client business from within an assigned client base. This is achieved by:

  • Identifying, targeting, approaching and educating appropriate contacts within an assigned client base, with the intent to sell Bell products and services
  • Achieving assigned revenue targets by developing and growing a new and existing client base
  • Preparing and personalizing standard written proposals
  • Ensuring required approval for out-of-scope
  • Preparing standard written proposals/contracts, ensuring the validity of content and pricing, and attempting to secure agreement
  • Developing, modifying and implementing individual sales strategies to meet the assigned revenue target
  • Identifying and establishing contact with key individuals within clients or potential clients
  • Selecting and bundling products in order to build a solution to meet each client's needs
  • When required, referring to and pulling various technical experts and partners internally to assemble the identified solution

Who Sales Associates deal with:

Contact is established primarily through telephone discussions using the medium of outbound calls. The Sales Associate - Dedicated Accounts is responsible for the following:

  • Establishing contact with individuals within client and potential client organizations
  • Initialling point-of-contact for an assigned client base
  • Conducting internal follow-ups in the case of customer concerns
  • Ensuring transition to the implementation team of products and services to the client base to secure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining contacts with Bell Alliance Partners in the case of client concerns
  • Relaying client visits to appropriate sales colleagues
  • Closely working with "hardware" Sales Associates for a common client, as well as other sales colleagues
  • Providing ongoing feedback on market competitive intelligence
