Top responsibilities:
Project Managers work with cross-functional project delivery teams. The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of a variety of projects related to upgrades to existing technologies or the Introduction of new and emerging technologies.
The successful candidate will:
- Serve as a focal point for all aspects of projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
- Utilize expertise to lead staff and resolve issues with customers to ensure project goals and contractual agreements are met and customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Formulate and manage project plans by defining deliverables, identifying key milestones, regularly reviewing project progress and engaging in ongoing risk management.
- Coordinate and direct all the functional groups involved with a pre-defined project in order to meet objectives on content, quality, costs and schedules.
- Plan and manage the execution of project releases based on input from the product manager and on the capabilities and capacity of research and development, operations and other key areas.

- End-users in Operations, SMB, Enterprise, and Consumer and Corporate Groups.
- Other teams within BST, including Infrastructure, Architecture, and Testing.
- Different vendors, e.g. CGI, IBM.

Qualifications

- Excellent writing skills are required for documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project

- Bilingualism
